How we review
Our method is deliberately boring: read the label, check what peer-reviewed research supports at what dose, verify third-party testing, and grade accordingly. Each product is rated 1 to 5 on ease of use, features, value for money, and support, and the overall grade is the average of those four on a 10-point scale. The marketing story never enters the grade. Nothing here is medical advice - supplements interact with medications and conditions, so talk to a healthcare professional who knows your history.
